Job Title: REMOTE Call Center Representative
Reports to: Director of Daily Operations
Summary:
Call Center Representative will work remotely and conduct satisfaction surveys by way of live person to person phone calls. Accurate data entry, attention to detail, friendly, patient, experienced customer service skills are required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Complete daily tasks as assigned
- Accurately update CRM
- Conduct live person to person phone surveys
- Maintain a quiet, distraction free work environment
- Maintain reliable, high speed internet
Schedule:
- Minimum of 16 hours per week
- Maximum of 35 hours per week
- Shifts range between 9:00am – 9:00pm CST
- Shifts are available in 4-hour blocks
- Shift availability will vary from week to week based on business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
