  • Communicating with buyers (product development, sampling, order confirmation, production, quality requirement ETC.)

  • Handling Samples (development, Fit and PP sample ) - working with Sample Room. ( Sample Request, YY Request )
  • Sourcing new fabric and trims
  • Calculation the consumption of fabric and raw materials ( BOM )
  • Purchasing raw materials ( PO, manage schedule, payment )
  • Fabric approval ( Quality, Lab dip, Strike off, Bulk lot )
  • Control fabric test and garment test
  • Material Status/ Order Recap/ WIP for Production Planning
  • Make sure T&A on going to keep on time delivery
  • Order follow-up in garment production based on line schedule ( Communication with Production team )
  • Arrange Administration document and Production File, T/P, ( QC file )
  • FOB Price Quotation (costing based on buyer request and information)
  • Attend the meeting with a buyer or inspector.

** Requirement **
  • Experience: 1 ~ 6 year for Garment Industrial
  • Working for FOB business
  • Item: Ladies Light Woven / Knit Top, Blouse, Dress, Sleep, Lingerie
  • Good English
  • Preference to any applicant handing experience of MAST(PINK/ VSL) orders.
  • Benefits:
  • Salary range is 11 million VND ~ 20 million VND (Depending on working experience & capability)
  • 13th month salary based on basic salary
  • Salary increase based on ability and performance once at the end of year.
  • Signing a labor contract after the probation period
  • Take up social insurance, health insurance, and employment insurance in accordance with regulations
  • Salary is monthly basis as office worker
  • Working days:
  • Mon ~ Fri: 8:00 – 17:30
  • Sat : Work half day (8:00~12:00) and every other week off biweekly
 Unused 2 Saturday/month (24days/ year except TET holiday) can be combined and used on normal workdays as annual leave.
