Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the daily management of all operations execution.
2. Handle operational issues associated with supply or demand volatility in inventory, including but not limited to supply constraints, transportation issues, compliance issues or unexpected demands.
3. Handles and controls administrative flow or supply chain to ensure smooth operation with no delay in order fulfilment.

4. Liaise with logistics partners and vendors for all deliveries in and out.
5. Ensure stock sufficiency in the company.
6. Ensure good housekeeping in the store and comply with environmental and safety regulations.
Skills:
1. Active participation in day-to-day operations and ensuring good housekeeping in the store, ensuring that it complies with the work safety regulations.
2. Knowledge of store's products by active participation in labelling, receiving and packing of stocks.
3. Develop both individual and teamwork skills so as communicate well with team members.
4. Managing stock inventory and ensuring the items received and sent are according to orders.
5. Knowledge of administrative or supply chain flow to better understand and ensure smooth operation, preventing delay in order fulfilment.
6. Review, implement and oversee all supply controls, policies, and procedures to ensure stock sufficiency.
