We are looking for experienced
Senior HR Generalist
to work closely with HR Business partners in Nordics People and Communication and key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Europe organization located in Finland with people related initiatives and processes to meet KONE strategy.
You will focus on advising, coaching and developing managers and their teams of selected units in Nordics and Supply Chain Europe, located in Finland. You will be deploying the global HR topics locally and participating in orchestrating the HR service delivery to business. You will also run selected annual people processes independently, eg. Resourcing and Talent Management, Performance Management and Competence Development. In addition to unit level support, you will also support on certain Finland and Nordics level HR activities as per your interest.
This role is for you if you are interested in having a versatile and hands on HR generalist role – including the opportunities to support and participate in some of the key strategic development initiatives, as well as working very hands on and ensuring the operational flow of the HR processes within your area. In this role you will also act as one of the key users of the local time and attendance management system.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have the following:

MSc. or BSc degree in business, HR or equivalent experience, several years of working experience in HR Generalist or similar role.

Proven track to run HR annual processes independently, eg. talent management and performance and rewards related processes

Excellent influencing and presentation skills
-
Experience on union relationships and labour law
-
Experience in working across functions and in matrix set-ups
-
Ability for fast decision making and escalation when required to meet customer expectations

Interest in HR data related decision making and developing HR analytics
-
Hands-on project management and change management experience
-
Fluency of Finnish and English are required to be successful in the role

Experience of time management / attendance systems is seen as asset

Experience of supply management / manufacturing industry is seen as asset
