ROLE OVERVIEW

  • We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to be part of our Voice and Non-Voice teams.
  • We offer the following roles per account.

Healthcare Positions

  • Inbound Representative
  • Outbound Representative
  • Back Office Representative
  • E-mail and Back Office Support

Legal Positions

  • Outbound Representative
  • Outbound and Back Office Representative
  • Email and Back Office Support
  • Blended CSR Role (Outbound, Inbound & Back Office)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Candidates with or without BPO experience.
  • Candidates with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Candidates with basic proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Candidates with positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing.
  • Must be able to work in any of our sites.
