What’s the role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales representative to join our NSW sales team. As a sales representative specializing in educational resources, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with children’s centres and educational institutions, selling our extensive range of products.
Your tasks include:
- Sales Presentations: Travel to early childhood centres/primary schools to conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our educational packages. Those packages consist of books, posters and lesson programs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of our catalog, including themes, subject matter, educational content, and age appropriateness.
- Negotiation and Closing: Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, and complete contracts and record orders. Close sales by addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information and sales activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales management team.
Working days:
Working days are Monday-Friday during school opening hours. No weekends.
About you:
- You will preferably have experience with direct sales, management, or business development.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are able to deliver compelling sales presentations and effectively communicate the benefits of our products to a diverse range of customers.
- You are tech-savvy as you will process your sales via Google Workspace to manage your daily routine
- You are confident, outgoing, and well-presented.You can build trust and maintain long lasting connections.
- You have a sense of accountability and pride in your performance.
- You are eager to improve the educational sector worldwide and empower children through amazing resources.
