Salary €36,195 - €51,941*(*LSI)
Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated in line with hours worked

Along with the ability to carry out all duties detailed in the job description, it is essential applicants
must have Essential Minimum Qualification(s):
- QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care/Applied Social Studies or equivalent
- The award must be considered eligible for CORU registration
- Full clean driving licence essential
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience working within the area of intellectual Disability
- Have the ability to lead out and support others on discovering the abilities, interest and create new opportunities for the people we support
- Have the ability to inspire others to be creative and innovative
- Be comfortable working on own innovative and employing the New Directions approach.
- Have an organisational commitment to lead through the Avista values and vision
