Your role- Work effectively and professionally with users to provide Level 2 Support for content migration, content authoring, and delivery platforms
- Handle application operations support such as primarily business incident and service requests, administrative tickets, and SOP-based operations
- Focus on problem management, low/medium complexity configuration management, proactive maintenance, and Knowledge Base support topics
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison with engineering, SaaS vendors, and infrastructure teams as needed on Level 3 issues in coordination with the Service Owner/ Manager
- Support users with content migration and validation of data for completeness and integrity
- Assist users with clinical pharmacology setup and output analysis using Metworx PK/PD modeling
- Configure and customize the tool based on end-user needs for regulatory submissions
- At least 4 years of experience in application support, preferably in supporting a content migration
- Expertise in configuring and supporting electronic submission management and regulatory document management system
- Skills in customization, configuration, security, and support of regulatory content authoring platforms
- Previous work in the area of application support on a collaboration tool
- Experience in clinical pharmacology setup and output analysis with Metworx PK/PD modeling
- Knowledge of Directory Services, including Microsoft ADS and Open LDAP
- Familiarity with network protocols, services, and tools
- Skills in SharePoint application customization, SQL, any open-source programming language (e.g. Python), and PowerShell scripting
