A little about La Belle Miette
La Belle Miette (meaning the “beautiful crumb” or “beautiful small thing”) is a passion for macarons and French taste more generally. We specialise in small delights – macarons, chocolate bonbons, and the largest range in Australia of tea from Mariage Frères, the leading tea house of Paris. The detail and attention inherent in our products is congruent with a range of elements that the company strives to deliver in all areas of the customer experience.
Founders Maylynn and Hugh lead a devoted team in continuing to grow, develop and evolve the company. La Belle Miette has several stores in Melbourne and kiosks in QVB Sydney and Canberra Centre.
The role is primarily to work at our Chadstone Shopping Centre kiosk. We also have salons in the CBD so there is an opportunity for Chadstone staff to work in other sites. The head office, kitchen and direct manufactory store is located in Richmond.
