We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer for one of our Global Technical Delivery teams working on the manual testing and quality assurance of our products. The team is working on test-case writing, test execution, test-case review, and approval, and writing of associated SDLC and validation documentation. Prior knowledge of QA and development processes is seen as an asset.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Perform complex testing tasks for all technology platforms;
• Review the designs and requirements for the project;
• To draft, review and approve the testing documents, test reports and test results
• Create, review and execute test cases, manages bugs and reports testing status to project teams;
• Estimate the testing tasks;
• Participate in testing process improvement activities as needed;
• Contribute to authoring and reviewing departmental procedure documents and work instructions;
• Identify and manages proactively the risks in component functionality;
• Ensure content and structure of all testing documents;
• Develop the testing strategies;
• Mentor the whole team (QA, developers and PO) on process and best practices;
• Estimate testing tasks and perform reviews of the project plans;
• Review and approve the testing documents, test plans, test reports and test results;
• Review and approve designs and requirements.

You’ll need to bring:

• Solid experience in product testing environment, or equivalent to;
• Experience at writing test cases and designing test systems;
• Deep understanding of testing strategies and test planning;
• Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to comprehend business requirements;
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment;
• Demonstrated extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work;
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively document procedures, processes and results;
• Practical experience with modern test, defect and requirement management tools;
• Team player skills with a “can do” attitude;
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, information systems, computer science is preferred, or equivalent to;
• Ability to train and mentor other testers;
• Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
