A Hotel is looking for chefs for the summer season with the possibility of an extension. It's a traditional family business in Tjeldsund municipality in Sør-Troms, only 25 minutes from Harstad. Versatile operation includes accommodation in hotel and sea house rental, meeting rooms, and catering services. We are looking for a chef who can work together with a skilled team. The work consists of producing and preparing dishes for the hotel, catering delivery and company serving. Great emphasis is placed on collaboration skills, and being able to work independently and efficiently with several tasks at the same time. It is desirable that applicants have a diploma, but broad experience and relevant culinary knowledge and interest will be emphasized and taken into consideration. The kitchen offers great challenges and opportunities for development. Applicants must have a driving license: category B If the contract is completed successfully, our workers will receive a bonus that covers their travel expenses for the journey back home.

Salary: 220.00 - 240.00 NOK/h
Average working hours is 168.00 / month
The approximate salary with normal hours is 240.00 * 168 * 10.20% = 44432.64 NOK before taxes (~25.00)
Salary additions
Overtime addition 50.00 %
Vacation addition 10.20 %
National holiday addition 100.00 %
Additions will be calculated and paid at the end of the contract.
