Telesales Agent [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales agent to join our team

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to promote our real estate services and generate leads.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their property needs, budgets, and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, prices, and incentives.
  • Assist potential clients by addressing inquiries, clarifying doubts, and guiding them through the real estate process.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM database.
  • Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
