We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales agent to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls to promote our real estate services and generate leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their property needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, prices, and incentives.
- Assist potential clients by addressing inquiries, clarifying doubts, and guiding them through the real estate process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM database.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and industry regulations to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage potential clients effectively.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
